P-Shot (PRP Therapy for Erectile Dysfunction)

What is the P-Shot?

The P-Shot (Priapus Shot) is a non-surgical procedure that uses Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood to improve erectile function, sensitivity, and penile tissue health.

PRP contains growth factors that may stimulate tissue repair and improve blood flow in men with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction.

Who is a Suitable Candidate?

The P-Shot may be considered for men who:

  • Have mild to moderate erectile dysfunction
  • Want to reduce dependence on ED medications
  • Have reduced penile sensitivity
  • Have early vascular erectile dysfunction
  • Are not ready for surgical options

It is not effective for severe ED due to advanced diabetes, nerve damage, or major vascular disease.

How the Procedure is Done

  • A small amount of blood is drawn
  • Blood is processed to concentrate platelet-rich plasma
  • PRP is injected into specific areas of the penis
  • The procedure takes approximately 30–45 minutes

Local anesthesia is used to minimize discomfort.
