Hypospadias and epispadias are congenital conditions in which the urethral opening is not located at the tip of the penis. Surgical correction restores normal anatomy and function.

• Relocate urethral opening to normal position
• Straighten penile curvature if present
• Improve cosmetic appearance
• Ensure normal urinary and future sexual function

• Reconstruction of urethra using local tissue
• Correction of penile curvature if required
• Performed under general anesthesia
